Orbs

We usually think of a photograph as a single moment in time, a brief ‘snapshot’ to capture an image, but what if that moment was 30 seconds or even longer? These long exposures create the opportunity for a type of photography called light painting, transforming night into day. While many photographers are obsessed with Photoshop, these orbs of light are taken in a single exposure. Transforming nighttime moments one could usually not capture into lively images.
